CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 7/10.  Thereare 4 x hinge rebates, and a handle cutout. There is a cutout on the bottom of the door for a weather seal, or track line. There is visible water staining in the veneer, and some chips plus other various scratches. See photos for details.
