CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 9/10.  The routered pattern is on one side only. There are 4 x hinge rebates, a handle and a deadlock cutout.  There is some damage to the skin of the door on one corner.  There are no other apparent defects or damage. See photos for details.
