CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 8/10.  There is a handle cutout and 3 x hinge rebates. The handle cutout is on the wrong side of the door,  so the hole is in the hollow core instead of the lock block, and the hinge rebates are on the handle side. See photos for details.
