They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 

CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is 9/10.  There are 4 x existing hinge rebates.  There is some damage where the handle and lock cutout was started, but not completed due to timber defect. See photos for details.
