CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured to the incorrect size. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase. 
 
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this frame and door is an 8/10. The door is a bit dirty and has various marks / scuffs from handling. It has a cut out for a handle (but this could be put into the frame so it's not seen). The frame is a bit dusty from sitting in storage and one of the timber rails is damaged / bent. This will most likely need replacing. Please refer to the additional photos.
