CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of the frame is 10/10 - it is in brand new condition. The condition of the door is a 9/10. There are hinge rebates down along one edge (but these could be put in the wall so it shouldn't be an issue). Please refer to the additional photos.
