CONDITION: This is a factory second product and has been priced accordingly. Factory seconds have not been installed or used before. They are usually just cancelled orders or have been manufactured with the incorrect glass type or finish. They may have some minor marks from handling; as such, we recommend inspection prior to purchase.
CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this frame and door is a 9/10. They are both a bit dirty, but apart from that, are in good condition. There is a bit of a size issue with the frame. It states it is made to suit a 620w door, but the manufacturer made a mistake and made the total frame width at 620mm wide. This means that this 620mm wide door is slightly too large for this frame. We have discounted this product accordingly and it will take a bit of mucking around to make it work (I think the easiest way would be to trim the door width down to suit the frame, but that may have its own challenges and I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you have done it before).
