CONDITION SPECIFICS: The condition of this door is an 8/10. There is a track line in the bottom of the door. It has some screw holes in the top of the door, a minor nick on one face, and a scuffed top edge on one side. Please see additional pictures for reference.
Just ~10mins east of the Hyperdome, turn down Coorang Road off of Mount Cotton Road, at the Mount Cotton Road Fire & Rescue Station. Take the first left onto Erwin Road, and we're the third driveway on the left, just look for the rusty windmill!
